\~This screen gives you several options for printing out or displaying the information you desire.

\~[S] Call or Family Queue Sheets (Default). List all people in a member's family queue (up to three deep).
\~[M] Mailing Labels. Will print out mailing labels for all specified members who have an address.
\~[L] Member List. Will print out all selected member names (and optionally their queues up to three deep).
\~[F] Full Member Record. Will print out the member's full record including comments.
\~
\~Option 'F': You may print only family queues who have a downline (direct frontline) or someone to call.
\~Option 'N': You may print only those individuals in the system who have no one below them.
\~Option 'B': You may print both 'F' and 'N' above
\~Option 'I': You may print a specific individual by their member ID or phone number. If you like, you may select page down or F2 to select the person from a list of people. Just use the up or down arrows to select the individual you want the press Enter. You may move around the list rapidly by pressing the key on the keyboard of the first character of the person's last name.
\~Option 'K': You may print out a list of tree members by the presence or absence of a Key Word/Phrase

\~If you select 'DISK' then you will get a chance to indicate what directory and path you wish to print to.

\~'Levels to Print Up' indicates how many people above this member should be displayed on their printed sheet. One level is default.
\~'Levels to Print Down' indicates how many people below this member should be displayed on their printed sheet. One level is default.

\~THE CALLING TREE will send '@27,"@"' as generic initialization code to the printer. If your printing application requires a different code being sent to your printer then place the code here. The entire field will be sent to the printer exactly as you type it here.

\~The program gives you the option to print out Family Queue Sheets (Call Sheets), Mailing Labels, Lists or Full Records of Members. If you choose labels it will only print out labels for those tree members who have something entered in their address field. It will omit zip codes if there is no zipcode entered.

\~The 'Sheets' include all phone numbers in formatted fields while the 'Lists' only list the full name.
\~
\~The print up level is recognized by both the Family Queue Sheets (S) and the Full Member Record (F) options.
\~
\~The print down level is recognized by both the Family Queue Sheets (S) and the List (L) options.

\|PRINTING OPTIONS

\~There are several printing options supported here.
\~
\~[F] = Print all records (sheets or labels) where the tree member has a family queue of at least one
\~
\~[N] = Print all records (sheets or labels) where the tree member does not have any family queue at all.
\~
\~[B] = Print both [F] and [N] above. If Sheets that means print all [F] first then print [N] second. If Labels that means print all in alphabetical order.
\~
\~[I] = Print an individual record. All queue size qualifiers are ignored. If it is a label it still must have an address. You will be given an opportunity to enter the individual's ID number or Phone number. Press the page down or K2 key will give you a list of tree members you may pick from to make the selection process easier.
\~
\~[K] = This is a key word or phrase search options. It will print out all records (sheets or labels, etc.) where the record has met the search criteria.
\~
\~To look for all record that have a key word or phrase just type in the key word or phrase when prompted and then press Enter.
\~
\~To look for the absence of a key word or phrase just preface the word or phrase with a double slash '//'. i.e. to find all members who DO NOT have the word 'Good' in their record type '//Good' then press Enter. This is a case insensitive search. Capitalization does not matter.

\~Enter the Key word or Phrase that you want to print or DO NOT want to print. Then press the ENTER/RETURN key or press the F8 - Start key.

\~If you want to print all records that DO NOT have a key word or phrase then preface the search word or phrase with the double slash '//'. i.e. '//Good' will print all records that DO NOT have 'Good' in them.

\~The program will do a record by record search for this and print all records where this key word or phrase either shows up or does not show up, depending on what you wanted. It can be any part of the record.
\~
\~Example: Key Word = 'pass' will find a match with 'Passenger' and 'Bypass'. Key Word = '//pass' will not find 'passenger', etc.

\~When you are printing out your Family Queue Sheets (Call/Contact Sheets) or Full Member Records, you have an option to display (print out) by default one level above the person who you are printing for. Set this value to '1' (default) or '2' to show two levels above (if there are two) or set it to '3' to show three levels above (if there are three).

\~When you are printing out your Family Queue Sheets (Call/Contact Sheets) or Member Lists, you may want to know who the immediate next downline are in case you can't reach the person directly below you. Set this to '1' (default) or '2' to print the direct level and the next level below the direct level, or set it to '3' to print both the direct level, the next to direct level and finally two levels removed from direct.

\~Exception: If you are printing out Lists you may specify '0' at printing time to skip the printing of any downline.
